👋 Hi there! I'm the founder of Dermahub. I was diagnosed with psoriasis over a decade ago when I was in grade school. I was a curious kid, but despite my inquisitiveness, I struggled to comprehend my condition when speaking with my dermatologist or researching online.
Scouring the web, medical terminology, and conflicting information left me overwhelmed. I realized I wasn't alone when I later connected with others in the psoriasis community through the National Psoriasis Foundation, who expressed similar frustrations. They, too, wished for an approachable resource to learn about skin conditions without combing through dense, jargon-heavy websites written by medical professionals for medical professionals.
My journey with psoriasis over the past 10+ years has shown me the importance of access to digestible health information. After dealing with years of confusion and misunderstandings, I want to provide the clarity I sought by creating straightforward courses on skin conditions.
